Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests: Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: Ratios vary; days is 1:21, at most 1:42. Elderly patients with multiple diagnoses.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. No on-call.
