Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Outpatient Clinic

Position Overview

Woven is seeking a dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our outpatient clinic team. This role supports providers with patient care, assists with clinical procedures, and helps ensure smooth clinic operations.

We are looking for a team member who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist providers with patient exams and procedures
• Administer medications and injections
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate patient follow-ups and care instructions
• Support both in-clinic and telehealth visits

Compensation

Hourly Pay:
$32 – $38 per hour

Bonus Opportunities

• Patient satisfaction bonus: up to $1,500 annually

Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Optional Saturday clinics twice per month may be available.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN License
• Clinical or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
