Licensed Vocational Nurse Redirection Line

Health Services Foundation is a non-profit 501 C4 corporation that provides health related services to the employees of self-insured employers in Northern California. LVN License required; Spanish fluency required. We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Redirection Line team. This position plays a key role in assisting members by redirecting them to in-network providers using company software and established protocols. The LVN will also be responsible for tracking incentives through CPT codes, claims, and HCPCS/J-codes.

• This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use company software to contact and redirect members to in-network providers.
• Review and track incentive data related to CPT codes, claims, and HCPCS/J-codes.
• Accurately document all member interactions and redirection outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments as needed to support program goals.

Qualifications:

• Active current California Licensed Vocational Nurse. - R
• Strong understanding of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, and J-codes) preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems, data entry, and tracking software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
