We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Assistant to support DOH licensing, regulatory compliance, and training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage DOH licensing processes, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
- Coordinate and organize training programs and maintain attendance records
- Maintain accurate staff and trainee records
- Process malpractice insurance applications and renewals
- Provide administrative support to the Training & Government Affairs Department
- Ensure proper filing and compliance documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or regulatory affairs is preferred
- Knowledge of DOH regulations is an advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
