Job Opportunity: Female Lifeguard (5-Star Resort)

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Female Lifeguard to join our recreation team at our luxury 5-star resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around our aquatic facilities while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Oversight: Constantly monitor pool and beach areas to prevent accidents and provide immediate assistance when necessary.
• Emergency Response: Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid or CPR as required according to international safety standards.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, explain safety rules clearly, and assist with towel service or seating arrangements.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure pool areas are clean, hazard-free, and that water chemistry levels are reported consistently.
• Policy Compliance: Maintain a high level of alertness and professional conduct at all times during your shift.

Requirements

• Certification: Must possess a valid Lifeguard License (International or local equivalent).
• Experience: Previous experience in a high-end resort or 5-star hospitality environment is preferred.
• Skills: Strong swimming abilities and proficiency in life-saving techniques/First Aid.
• Communication: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
