Life Insurance Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting and meeting with the customer to finalize insurance plan. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies. The Producer will work closely with the customers to make sure all of their insurance needs are taken care of. Multiple Bonus opportunities and incentives throughout the year.

Duties

• Manage the entire production process from concept to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop ideas and strategies that align with client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, and team members to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify the best market for the customers needs.
• Provide support for customer questions on which coverage and plan is best suited for their needs.
• Utilize outside sales techniques to promote and expand client relationships.
• Maintain a multilingual approach when necessary to cater to diverse client needs.
• Service customers policies with any changes or updates needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong sales skills with a focus customer relations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with market analysis and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in sales administration processes is an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
• Product Knowledge in the industry.

Projected Total Compensation: $10.00 - $100.00 per hour
