Position Overview
This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to build something long-term rather than simply hold a job.
You will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and select appropriate financial protection options, using a guided process and pre-existing lead sources.
No prior industry experience is required for the right candidate, as training and ongoing support are provided.

Earnings Structure
This position is performance-based compensation.
- Many first-year agents earn in the range of $80,000–$100,000, depending on activity and consistency
- Income increases as production and experience grow
- Compensation is paid daily and directly from the insurance carriers

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be open to learning and applying a structured approach
- Ability to commit to full-time work
- Life Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
- Participation in brief daily team calls (approximately 30 minutes, weekdays)
- MUST be willing to travel to Athens, GA to complete 4 day training.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
