Position Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to build something long-term rather than simply hold a job.

You will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and select appropriate financial protection options, using a guided process and pre-existing lead sources.

No prior industry experience is required for the right candidate, as training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients using in-house company leads
  • Conduct meetings in person with clients to review coverage needs
  • Present suitable insurance solutions based on client goals
  • Follow a structured sales process designed for consistency
  • Engage in regular training and skill development sessions

Earnings Structure

This position is performance-based compensation.

  • Many first-year agents earn in the range of $80,000–$100,000, depending on activity and consistency
  • Income increases as production and experience grow
  • Compensation is paid daily and directly from the insurance carriers
  • Unlimited income potential

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be open to learning and applying a structured approach
  • Ability to commit to full-time work
  • Life Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation for client meetings
  • Participation in brief daily team calls (approximately 30 minutes, weekdays)
  • MUST be willing to travel to Athens, GA to complete 4 day training.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
