You can build a completely profitable book of business through your own sales alone. That said, we DO operate on a network marketing model. Build it right, and it pays you even when you're not in front of a client. That's the upside, not the obligation.

What You'll Do

Present customized financial solutions to clients — life insurance, annuities, indexed accounts, IRAs, and 401(k) rollovers. Real products. Real families. Real commissions.

The License: No experience? No license? No worry. Period.

State Life Insurance License required. Non-negotiable. It costs $400 out of pocket. No prior knowledge or experience needed. That being said, we will support you 100% on your quest for financial freedom. We provide free exam prep, study sessions, and one-on-one coaching. Get licensed fast and we'll refund up to $260 of that cost. Speed is rewarded.

The Income

100% commission. No base salary. New agents typically open in the $72/hr equivalent range. Skilled agents regularly close $1,000+ per appointment. Long-term, team overrides are where residual income builds. This industry mints more millionaires than almost any other. Come find out if you've got what it takes to be one of them.

The Recruiting

If you choose to go for the income of a lifetime, we won't have you bother your family, friends, or inner circle. We don't want your loved ones to walk the other way when they see you. We'll teach you how to organically attract people who actually want to build with you.

Schedule

Mandatory team meetings:

- Wednesdays: 6:30–9:00 PM

- Saturdays: 9:30 AM–12:00 PM

Austin-area agents attend in person. Out-of-state agents attend remotely. Same expectations. Everything else — your hours, your location, your pace — is yours to own.
