Life Insurance Risk Analyst

Carry out underwriting activities for new life insurance policies, including policy updates and maintenance, while performing detailed risk evaluations to ensure accurate and effective underwriting decisions.

Handle underwriting-related questions from internal business teams and provide clear, logical explanations to support their understanding of risk assessment guidelines.

Build and maintain strong communication channels with business departments to promote underwriting standards and ensure consistent underwriting quality.

Support continuous improvement of underwriting practices by aligning risk assessment processes with business needs.

Holding underwriting certification from the Life Insurance Management Association or having successfully completed relevant examinations.

Educational background in insurance-related studies is preferred; candidates with medical or nursing education will be considered an advantage.

Prior experience, direct or indirect, in life insurance underwriting, claims handling, or related life insurance roles is preferred.
