Life Insurance Sales Representative

Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid: In-person + Remote)
Compensation: $7,000 – $15,000/month (commission + performance bonuses)

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients (virtually)
• Learn a proven sales system and script
• Help families secure life insurance coverage
• Build communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Work with a team of ambitious young professionals

No experience required. We train everything.

What We’re Looking For

We only care about a few things:

• Humble
• Coachable
• Willing to work 8+ hours/day
• Local to St. Pete / Tampa
• Wants to earn more than a normal 9-5
• Comfortable talking to people

Compensation:

Average starting reps earn:

$7,000 – $15,000 per month

This is performance-based income with uncapped growth.

Our top performers earn significantly more.

100% commission based - so you get a pay raise.
