Junior Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Junior Commercial Real Estate Sales Associates to join our energetic team. Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease commercial properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and property analysis to identify opportunities that align with client needs and investment strategies
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote available properties across various channels, including digital platforms and industry networks
  • Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other transaction terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to fair housing regulations and legal standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and other industry professionals to expand your network and facilitate deal flow
  • Manage all administrative aspects of transactions, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with local real estate laws
  • Stay informed about market trends, zoning laws, property management practices, and legal updates affecting commercial real estate
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining transparent communication throughout every stage of the deal

Qualifications

  • Must have a Florida Real Estate License.
  • Preferred sales experience or business degree.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate complex information and foster trustful relationships
  • Solid organizational skills with experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in real estate administration or legal processes related to property transactions will be an advantage
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client needs and problem-solving capabilities
