What You’ll Do

• Sell life insurance products to new and existing customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations to match clients with the right coverage
• Work leads and follow up to drive sales outcomes
• Build strong relationships that lead to long-term referrals and production
• Meet and exceed production expectations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Requirements

• Prior life sales experience (required)
• Current Louisiana Life License (required)
• Must be able to work 100% remote
• Must be comfortable working on a full commission pay structure
• Must have a strong desire to win, perform, and build production
• Must be interested in the opportunity to become a State Farm Agent by demonstrating strong sales performance
