The Lifecycle Marketing Manager supports the execution of data-driven marketing programs across email, CRM, and digital channels. This position works closely with Marketing Strategy, Content, Brand, and Sales teams to help build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and execution—translating campaign plans into automated journeys, managing segmentation and data hygiene, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to grow within B2B marketing operations and lifecycle marketing.
Required Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot) is required.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and nurture programs in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Support Salesforce CRM integration including lead syncing, list segmentation, automation rules, and lead scoring.
- Maintain data accuracy, list hygiene, and proper campaign attribution within Salesforce.
- Assist with lead routing, campaign tracking, and lifecycle reporting.
- Help document workflows, campaign processes, and best practices.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Execute B2B email campaigns aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
- Implement A/B testing (subject lines, content, send times) and report on results.
- Personalize campaign assets using segmentation and behavioral data.
- Support landing page and form creation within Account Engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Salesforce reports, Google Analytics, and dashboards.
- Assist in analyzing engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, pipeline impact).
- Support multivariate testing initiatives and document learnings.
- Help prepare monthly performance summaries for marketing leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Content and Creative teams to deploy campaign assets.
- Support Brand and Communications initiatives through email and digital amplification.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure proper lead flow and follow-up.
- Assist in marketing project management tasks including timelines and asset tracking.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives with campaign tagging and tracking.
- Assist in content promotion strategies across digital channels.
- Contribute to website updates related to campaign launches.
- Provide research support for audience insights and segmentation improvements.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Required: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience building email campaigns and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate.
