Lifeguard

We are looking for a professional Lifeguard to join our hotel in Sharjah. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of hotel guests at the swimming pool and recreational water areas, maintaining safety standards, and responding quickly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise guests using the swimming pool and surrounding facilities
• Ensure all pool safety rules and hotel policies are followed
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues when necessary
• Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
• Inspect rescue and safety equipment regularly
• Report accidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to management
• Assist guests courteously and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor pool chemical and hygiene standards when required

Requirements

• Must have a valid Lifeguard License or Certification
• Previous hotel or resort lifeguard experience preferred
• Strong swimming and rescue abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
