Role: Lifeguard Deployer (Operations Supervisor)
Location: Dubai • Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose
Lead the daily deployment and supervision of lifeguard teams across pools, beaches, and recreational facilities—ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, optimal manpower coverage, and high service standards with strong incident readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly rosters; manage swaps, absences, and peak demand.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections; enforce SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Verify and track certifications (Lifeguard, First Aid/CPR/AED; DCD/DM/SIRA/local authority); schedule refreshers.
• Coach and manage performance on surveillance, rescue readiness, and guest service.
• Coordinate with supervisors/managers on events, closures, and hazards; file incident/near-miss reports.
• Ensure availability and upkeep of PPE, rescue equipment, and first-aid kits.
• Track attendance, timesheets, and overtime; submit manpower/KPI reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of lifeguards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Sports Science, Recreation Management, HSE, or related).
• 3+ years lifeguarding (pool/beach) with current certifications: Lifeguard, First Aid/CPR/AED; DCD/DM/SIRA/local authority where applicable.
• Proven manpower management/rostering experience; strong coordination and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets or scheduling tools , strong English (additional languages a plus).
