Lifeguard Male

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Swimming Pool Lifeguard with a valid lifeguard certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pool users, providing emergency response when necessary, and maintaining a vigilant presence at all times to prevent accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Monitoring:
• Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers, enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain constant surveillance of the pool area to identify potential safety hazards or emergencies.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing first aid, CPR, or other life-saving techniques as required.
• Customer Interaction:
• Assist swimmers with any inquiries, ensuring a positive and safe pool experience.
• Educate guests on pool safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to report incidents or maintenance needs.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness:
• Ensure the pool area is clean and free of debris, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the management.
• Perform regular safety checks, including ensuring proper water quality and poolside equipment functionality.
• Record Keeping:
• Keep accurate records of daily pool activities, including any incidents, accidents, or rescues.
• Maintain logs of safety checks and emergency drills.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other lifeguards, pool attendants, and management to ensure smooth pool operations.
• Participate in regular training, safety drills, and meetings to stay up-to-date on emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Lifeguard in the UAE.
• Certification: Valid UAE Lifeguard certification (CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard License).
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of water safety practices, first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, capable of swimming long distances, and able to perform rescues or emergency response when needed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to stay alert and focused for long periods, ensuring the safety of all pool-goers.
• Professionalism: Maintain a calm demeanor and demonstrate a professional attitude in all situations.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and cooperate with management to ensure the safety of all guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,150.00 per month
