Job Title: Lifeguard (RLSB Certified)

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard holding a valid RLSB (Royal Life Saving Society / Royal Life Saving – Beach) certificate to join our team. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests using the swimming pool and water facilities, while maintaining a high level of service in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist guests with basic exercise guidance.

· Develop and deliver personal training sessions when required.

· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the beach at all times.

· Enforce beach rules, health & safety policies politely and professionally.

· Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.

· Coordinate with the Recreation and Maintenance teams when needed.

Requirements:

• Valid and up-to-date RLSB Lifeguard Certificate (mandatory).
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
