We are currently seeking a responsible, vigilant, and service-oriented Lifeguard with a valid RLSB (Royal Life Saving Society / Royal Life Saving – Beach) certification to join our hospitality team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of guests using the swimming pool and beach facilities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid when required.
• Assist guests with basic exercise and fitness guidance.
• Conduct personal training sessions when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across recreation and beach facilities.
• Enforce safety regulations and beach/pool rules in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with Recreation and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date RLSB Lifeguard Certificate (mandatory).
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
