What you’ll do

  • Responsible for handling the respondents representing his/ her segment and meeting with them for almost 3-4 times a week either on a one-on one level or in a group context.
  • Provide real-time insights about target segment’s new trends and lifestyle through consolidating comprehensive weekly reports.
  • In charge of covering & reporting all target segment’s new trends emerging on disparate digital platforms in terms of social, behavioral or lifestyle shifts, as well as scrapping comments via Social Listening Tools on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for delivering powerful and actionable data-driven marketing insights related to target segment.
  • Managing Operations for recruitment, venues & transportation for segment representatives with Lifestyle Insights Manager.
  • Delivering Weekly Reports of Segment Findings to Lifestyle Insights Manager & Commercial Committee every 2 months
  • Managing segment respondents’ output and incentives.
  • Managing Operations & Budget with Lifestyle Insights Manager.


Who you are

  • Minimum of 8-10yrs of work experience in corporate or agency. Qualitative research background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills.
  • Good eye for potential opportunities & ability to extract data from segment respondents.
  • Ability to work in multitasks under pressure.
  • Articulate & creative
  • Self-motivated
  • Extrovert & outgoing
  • Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged periods.
  • Tech Savvy & aware of new apps/ Internet trends
  • Ability to utilize digital tools
  • Heavy user of social media apps & streaming
  • Well versed & user of Fintech solutions
  • Structured approach to gathering, integrating & presenting data.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent use of search engines & AI tools.
  • Attention to detail and persistence to gather new insights
