Position Summary:

The role involves operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Lift Monitoring Systems (LMS) integrated with elevators, escalators, and passenger walkways.

Job Description:

The BTS LMS Technician will be responsible for:

- Continuous monitoring of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways through LMS software and hardware.
- Ensuring complete knowledge of LMS systems and maintaining a strong IT background to handle all system-related tasks.
- Guaranteeing that no system component remains offline; ensuring uninterrupted LMS availability.
- Performing periodic backups of LMS data and maintaining secure storage of system records.
- Managing and documenting alarm details, fault logs, and corrective actions.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of LMS equipment.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in monitoring systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Coordinating with mechanical/electrical specialists and O&M teams for timely issue resolution.
- Preparing daily logs, performance reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Supporting system upgrades, optimization, and integration activities during O&M.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, operational protocols, and technical specifications.

Job Specification:
- Diploma in IT or Computer Technology from a recognized institute.
- Candidates with DAE in Electronics/Computer Technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SCADA systems for elevators, escalators, or walkways. OR minimum 3 years of experience in industrial IT/software installation and maintenance.
- Prior experience in large infrastructure facilities such as airports, metro stations, commercial complexes, or high-rise buildings will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
