Role Overview: The Executive &ndash; Project Sales will be responsible for driving project-based sales within the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and power sectors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in target sectors.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.</li><li>Monitor upcoming projects, pre-qualifications, and tender opportunities.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.</li><li>Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and payment recovery.</li><li>Maintain regular market intelligence on competitors and pricing trends.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of project sales experience, preferably in cables, electrical products, or building materials.</li><li>Strong network within the construction and industrial sectors.</li><li>Good understanding of tendering and project sales cycles.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
