Warehouse Incharge

About the Role:

A leading FMCG company in Karachi is looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee warehouse and dispatch operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch planning, inventory control, loading and unloading operations, and coordination with transporters and warehouse staff to support smooth distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily dispatch and load plans for consumer and bulk deliveries.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, labour, and transport contractors to ensure timely dispatches.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and container offloading activities.
• Coordinate gate passes and ensure deliveries are dispatched on schedule.
• Maintain accurate warehouse, dispatch, and inventory records.
• Monitor labour attendance and verify contractor billing.
• Identify, record, and report damaged goods and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
