Lifting Supervisor – High-Rise & Villa Construction | LEEA Certified | Trakhees Projects

We are seeking a LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient lifting operations on high-rise and villa construction projects in Dubai. The candidate will ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards while supervising lifting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations.
• Conduct pre-lift meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Inspect cranes, lifting accessories, rigging equipment, and ground conditions.
• Ensure lifting operations are performed only by certified personnel.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Promote proper PPE use and a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor.
• Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience in lifting supervision, including high-rise and villa projects.
• Prior experience with tower cranes, mobile cranes, luffing or overhead cranes is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and lifting standards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving license preferred.
