Light Commercial Vehicles Distribution Management Specialist

Job Description:

•Management of primary movements from production to VLC

•Management of movements to agents (secondary movement), between agents (cross-shipments) and hand-over to customer

•Handling of vehicle returns and related paperwork & processes

•Planning & management of VLC operations

•Allocation & transport planning for all movements

•Logistics supplier handling and management (be main counterpart for suppliers and agents for this topic)

•Controlling and authorization of (logistics) supplier invoices and appropriate cost allocation

•Track & trace monitoring of delivery process, logistics suppliers and agents (e.g. PDI services, lead times, service, levels)

•Damage handling for transport damages: claim handling, exceptions, damage tracking, contact for agent / transport provider, audits & controlling

•System and interface monitoring for distribution & logistics activities

•Coordination with demo and stock management regarding storage in VLC and further transport

•Ad-Hoc analysis

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in business administrations or related studies

•Interest in the areas of transport and logistics and the automotive industry

•Strong communication skills, professional interaction with stakeholders

•Reliable and trustworthy agent contact, strong customer- and service- oriented mindset, high willingness to learn and openness for change processes

•Experienced handling of MS Office programs and quick familiarization with new IT programs

•Perfect solid English skills

•Strong analytical and presentation skills

•Ability to work under everchanging and high-pressure environment
