Light Duty Driver

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1 Assist in minimizing maintenance, expenses and breakdowns of the company vehicles, by checking the condition of the vehicles on fixed intervals.

1.2 Maintain vehicle’s quality by building professional relationship with the workshops.

1.3 Manage the vehicle's renewal, insurance, fines, transfer, allocation, maintenance log etc.

1.4 Airports pick up and drop as per the department manager instruction but not limited to the employees.

1.5 Take the new and existing employees for various purposes such as medical,tawjeeh class and Emirates ID etc.

1.6 Deliver/distribute the documents to the vessels/clients office as per the department manager instruction.

1.7 Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.

1.8 Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.

1.9 Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.

1.10 Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.

1.11 Undertake other assignments as instructed by the department Head.
