Light Duty Driver

Job Purpose:

Showroom Driver will be responsible to provide safe, efficient, and timely driving support to the Sales Department / Showroom by transporting vehicles and documents as required also ensuring vehicles are delivered in excellent condition and supporting smooth sales operations.

Key Tasks :

• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Safely drive company and customer vehicles to designated locations (showrooms, workshops, registration offices, delivery sites, etc.).
• Transport sales staff, managers, and clients when required.
• Assist in vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
• Collect and deliver official documents, cheques, or items between departments, banks, or external parties.
• Complete the new vehicle registration process at the traffic department (if required).
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, cleanliness) before and after trips.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.
• Ensure vehicles are always clean, fueled, and maintained in good condition.
• Support showroom or sales events by arranging vehicle movement or transportation needs.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:

• Valid UAE driver’s license (Light Vehicle; additional categories are an advantage)
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and RTA requirements
• Ability to handle luxury and standard vehicles with care
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service orientation
