Light Vehicle Driver (Chauffeur)

Position Overview

To support our growing demand, RSL is hiring professional Light Vehicle Chauffeurs who demonstrate exceptional driving skills, refined etiquette, and a passion for delivering five-star service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for high-profile clients.
• Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition, ensuring readiness for every journey.
• Assist clients with luggage, door service, and personalized needs for a seamless luxury experience.
• Navigate efficiently across Dubai and the UAE using GPS and traffic management tools.
• Uphold UAE traffic laws, RTA/ITC regulations, and RSL service protocols.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, promptly report maintenance needs, and maintain accurate trip records.

Candidate Requirements

• License: Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
• Age: 23 – 38 years.
• Driving Record: Clean history with strong knowledge of Dubai’s roads, airports, and landmarks.
• Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or other languages are an advantage.
• Appearance: Professional, well-groomed, and presentable in business attire or uniform.
• Technology: Proficient in mobile apps, GPS, and digital booking platforms.
• Personal Traits: Courteous, discreet, punctual, service-driven, and culturally sensitive.
• Physical Fitness: Able to assist with luggage and meet the demands of luxury service.

Preferred Background

• Experience in luxury chauffeur services, limousine companies, or high-end hospitality.
• Familiarity with premium vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Rolls-Royce, etc.) and VIP service standards.
• RTA-registered drivers must present a valid NOC for card unlinking.

• Flexible for rotational shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must comply with UAE labor laws, RTA/ITC standards, and RSL protocols.
• Highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism are expected when serving VIPs.
