Light Vehile Diver cum Office boy

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, visitors, and company items.
• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and office supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle.
• Follow all traffic rules and company driving policies.
• Maintain office cleanliness, including common areas and meeting rooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and office errands.
• Manage office and pantry supplies.
• Support office setup for meetings and events.
• Report vehicle or office maintenance issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid light vehicle driving license.
• Previous experience as a light vehicle driver.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Ability to use GPS and maps.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
