Lighting Design Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Lighting Design Director to lead lighting concepts, design execution, and project delivery across various environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality lighting solutions that enhance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lighting design strategy and creative direction for projects
• Oversee concept development, design plans, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with lighting standards, safety, and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Review and approve lighting layouts, fixtures, and installations
• Stay updated on lighting trends, technologies, and sustainability practices
• Lead and mentor design teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in lighting design or related roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating lighting projects and design expertise
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and design software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR27,000.00 per month
