Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lighting Designer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Lighting Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing lighting solutions with expertise in DIALux lighting software and AutoCAD drawings. The role involves ensuring optimal lighting performance, functionality, and aesthetics across projects, while also supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed lighting plans and layouts.
• Conduct lighting calculations and simulations to achieve desired visual and technical outcomes.
• Prepare estimations and quotations for projects.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of lighting systems to ensure high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle administrative tasks, including attending to new clients, explaining technical details, managing office operations, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Lighting Control and Lighting Design
• Experience in DIALux lighting software
• Strong understanding of various lighting types and technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in home automation is a plus
