Lighting operator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lighting Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating lighting equipment for events, shows, and productions. They will be responsible for setting up, programming, and managing lighting systems to create visually engaging atmospheres that enhance the audience's experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, patching, operate, and troubleshoot lighting equipment for various events like Concert, corporate & Wedding.
• Program and control lighting consoles to meet event requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure lighting aligns with event themes and client expectations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lighting equipment as needed.
• Ensure lighting safety protocols and standards are met at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lighting Operator in the events industry.
• Strong knowledge of lighting control systems and DMX programming.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a range of lighting consoles ( Avolite & Grand MA 2 or 3) and systems
• Knowledge of rigging and setup procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing technical requirements on-site.
• Experience in Audio & LED screen will be additional points

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
