Lighting Sales Manager

The Lighting Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales growth, project execution, product management, and customer relationships within the Lighting Division. The role involves managing lighting projects from concept to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring profitability, and driving business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of lighting systems and products, commercial acumen, leadership skills, and experience in managing lighting solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the lighting division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
