Lighting Specialist - Temporary contract

Job Summary:

A Lighting Specialist is responsible for designing, recommending, and implementing lighting solutions for residential, commercial, or retail projects. The role involves advising clients on suitable lighting products, ensuring proper illumination design, and coordinating with architects, designers, and project teams to achieve functional and aesthetic lighting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on lighting design, fixtures, and solutions.
• Analyze project requirements and recommend appropriate lighting products and layouts.
• Prepare lighting plans, specifications, and product selections.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to assess lighting needs and installation requirements.
• Ensure lighting designs meet energy efficiency and safety standards.
• Assist the sales team with technical information and product presentations.
• Stay updated on the latest lighting technologies, trends, and products (LED, smart lighting, etc.).
• Support installation teams with technical guidance when required.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years proven experience
• Ability to operate different related equipments and tools
• Physically fit and flexible with work assignments
• Able to understand and speak English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
