Likeelive Pakistan – SVIP Operations

Responsibility:

1. SVIP & High-Value User Management

- Collaborate with HQ to maintain daily SVIP operations and ensure timely delivery of SVIP privileges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value users through regular communication and insight-based engagement.

- Understand user needs through regular communication and data insights, and contribute to user operation strategies improvement.

2. Livestream User Operations (South Asia）

- Manage day-to-day service and interaction with livestreaming users.

- Conduct regular research, follow-ups, and user care to improve user experience, activity, spending scale, and retention.

3. Event & Activity Operations

- Assist in planning and executing online user events and family activities to enhance user engagement and platform activity.

Requirements:

1. Strong spoken and written English.
2. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and execution ability.
3. Experience in VIP servicing, client or channel management preferred.
4. Good integrity and stable career history.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
