Job Summary
To provide excellent customer service at the limousine service counter, manage walk-in bookings, promote transportation products, and ensure smooth coordination of guest pick-ups and drop-offs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales
- Greet customers at the limo counter and provide information on available limousine services.
- Handle walk-in and reservation customers professionally and efficiently.
- Upsell premium vehicles, packages, and special services.
- Provide accurate pricing, service details, and travel recommendations to customers.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Booking & Coordination
- Create and update reservations in the booking system or dispatch software.
- Coordinate with drivers for immediate or scheduled dispatch.
- Ensure timely vehicle assignment and monitor ongoing trips.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, operations team, and customers for any delays or changes.
Administration
- Maintain daily sales logs, vehicle availability, and customer reports.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Keep the counter area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience (transportation or hospitality an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments (airport/hotel).
- Computer proficiency (booking systems, POS, MS Office).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
