Job Description:

Jobizon HR Solutions are are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Limo Dispatcher to manage ride bookings, assign drivers, and ensure smooth daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience handling dispatch systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and schedule limousine bookings
• Dispatch drivers efficiently based on location and availability
• Communicate with drivers and clients in real time
• Monitor trip progress and handle delays or changes
• Maintain accurate trip logs and records
• Ensure high-quality customer service and on-time performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a limo/taxi dispatcher preferred
• Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends if required)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
