Limousine Dispatcher

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and professional Limousine Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing operations while delivering outstanding service to luxury and VIP clients. This role requires handling client communication, scheduling drivers, making wake-up calls, and ensuring that all company protocols are followed to guarantee a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch professional limousine drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Handle VIP and luxury client interactions with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Make wake-up calls and reminders for clients as needed.
• Monitor driver schedules to ensure punctuality and adherence to company protocols.
• Accurately prepare and provide quotes for client requests.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during trips.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, and client requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, or limousine service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle VIP/luxury clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Tech-savvy (experience with dispatch software is a plus).
• Professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving skills.
