Line Cook

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in assigned station (grill, sauté, fry, prep, etc.).
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served at the highest quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Assist in daily prep work for ingredients and menu items.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Head/ Sous Chef.
  • Support the culinary team in creating new dishes and improving existing recipes.
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for food quality.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • 5 star experience as line cook: 1 year (Required)
