Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a Line Cook who is hardworking, reliable, and fluent in Tagalog, to join our growing culinary team. The ideal candidate should have previous F&B or restaurant kitchen experience in Dubai and a genuine interest in Filipino cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Support in receiving, labeling, and storing ingredients properly.
  • Ensure timely preparation of mise en place before each service.
  • Assist in cooking Filipino dishes under the guidance of the Head or Sous Chef.
  • Minimize food wastage through proper portioning and storage.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver consistent quality and service.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Tagalog (English communication is a plus).
  • At least 2 year of kitchen or F&B experience in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Familiarity with Filipino cuisine is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Available to join immediately.
