Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work of kitchen staff so as to guarantee the quality and fluidity of service
- Preparing and controlling the components of the menu he/she has in charge by making sure the chef's orders, the technical forms and the HACCP norms are respected
- Making sure meals of good quality are served to clients in order to promote the point of sales and optimize the costs
- Assuring the quality and the freshness of products
- Guaranteeing the well use, the respect and the maintenance of the entire equipment of her/his area
- Guaranteeing the stocking and the preservation of the food he/she has manipulated
- Welcoming and training the new co-workers (Trainees, Kitchen Porter, Commis)
- Participating to the daily management of stocks (inventories, orders)
- Participating to the writing of the technical forms
- Making sure the technical forms are respected and the meals are prepared on schedule
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Min. of 1-2 yrs of experience in the same position
- Must be flexible in working in different locations within UAE
- Good communication skills
- Must be available to join immediately
