Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are a growing chain of coffee shops and restaurants, committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee and support our various venues, ensuring smooth operations and high standards across all locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage daily operation across multiple coffee shop and restaurant venues.
  • Assist the operations team in achieving business goals and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Oversee staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring supplies are ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular venue inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze sales reports and assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training of new staff members for various venues.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and growth for the staff.
  • Liaise with the operations team to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurant or coffee shop management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory control, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to travel between venues as needed.
