We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to support the management of our restaurant operations in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels and be ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and smooth workflow.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize operational flow.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as Assistant Manager or similar role in 5-star hotel restaurants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
• Professional appearance at all times to reflect the hotel’s luxury brand.
• Ready to join immediately.
