Job Summary:

"We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Shrimp Shack location in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in restaurant management, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining our high standards of quality and service."

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal service levels.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

- Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.

- Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.

Financial Management:

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Manage budgets and control expenses.

- Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management.

- Proven track record of success in leading and managing restaurant teams.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory - management, and financial control.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
