Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring

- Assist in the cooking process by grilling, baking, frying, or sautéing as directed

- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service

- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills:

- Catering experience is a plus

- Knowledge of food service standards and practices

- Culinary training or education is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with dietary department guidelines
