Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as required, showcasing your skills in beverage presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices within the food service industry.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash register transactions and retail math calculations.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $18.00 per hour
