Line Cook

• Preparing and cooking menu items for breakfast buffet, restaurant and banquets.
• Setting up and stocking workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Regularly disinfecting all food and beverage workspaces.
• Washing and organizing dishes, pots, utensils, and cookware.
• Sanitizing kitchen equipment, storage areas, walk-ins, ovens, and dry storage.
• Assisting with food prep, event setup, and breakdown.
• Supporting the team with any other tasks needed to keep operations running smoothly, with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Experience: Previous Line-Cook experience required.
• Certification: Valid Food Handlers Certification required.
• ServSafe and OLCC certifications a plus.

• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
