Line Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your energy and culinary expertise will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining cleanliness and proper handling of ingredients
  • Support food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely meal delivery
  • Handle food with care during cooking, plating, and serving processes, adhering to food handling regulations

Skills

  • Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within restaurant or food service settings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in kitchen operations within the food industry or culinary environment
  • Effective communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with team members

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
