Japanese Line Cook

We are looking for a skilled Japanese Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare authentic Japanese dishes, maintain high food quality, and keep the kitchen organized and safe. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone passionate about Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Japanese dishes such as sushi, ramen, tempura, and other traditional items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and proper food storage.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
