Line Cook

Job Overview:
We are a Pakistani restaurant chain seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
