Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Line Cook with fine dining experience who understands precision, timing, and clean execution. This is not an entry-level position. You should be comfortable working a busy station while maintaining plating standards and communication with the team.

Qualifications (Required)

• 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or chef-driven kitchens
• Strong knife skills and station organization
• Experience working sauté, grill, or garde manger in a structured brigade
• Ability to execute dishes exactly to spec during high-volume service
• Strong understanding of seasoning, timing, and protein cookery
• Ability to handle pressure without losing composure
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred

• Culinary degree or formal culinary training
• Mediterranean cuisine experience
• Experience with fresh seafood and whole ingredient fabrication

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after service
• Assist with prep, butchery, and daily mise en place
• Work closely with Executive Chef to uphold standards
• Contribute to a focused, respectful kitchen culture
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols
